After a long sabbatical, Shahrukh Khan is all set to return to the big screen. Shahrukh’s fans are desperately waiting for his next film, and it looks their prayers have been answered. As per sources, the Badshah of Bollywood has multiple projects lined up for the year 2021. And as per recent reveal, Shahrukh Khan might reunite with Deepika Padukone for a new film ‘Pathan.’ Shahrukh and Deepika have a long history of sharing the screen together since Shahrukh gave Deepika her perfect debut with Om Shanti Om (2007). Since then, the two have gone on to star in several films such as Chennai Express, Happy New Year, Billu, etc., and so on.
And it looks like Shahrukh might reunite with Deepika Padukone for yet another film, currently titled ‘Pathan.’

 As per the latest reports, Pathan will be an action film directed by Siddharth Anand, who has delivered several hits such as War, Bang Bang, Hum Tum, and so on. Pathan will be an action film that will be helmed by Yash Raj Productions and can have Deepika Padukone as the female lead. According to sources, Shahrukh Khan has already signed the papers, and the script is almost ready. Meanwhile, Yash Raj Films is currently figuring out the timeline and shoot schedules.
October marks the 50th Anniversary of Yash Raj Studios, and it looks like Pathan could be the most significant announcement of the occasion. The tentative release date for Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone’s new film ‘Pathan’ is 2 October 2021 (Gandhi Jayanti)
