How To Obtain Beer License In Mumbai Online?

To obtain a beer license in Mumbai online, follow the steps to register yourself as a new user:

  1. Go to the following website: https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/
  2. If you are a registered user, then log in using your username and password. If you aren’t a registered user, then register yourself on the website by choosing the option
    “New User? Register Here”
  3. To register, you will have to verify your mobile number with and put in the OTP 
  4. Then upload complete self details, photo, identity proof, address proof, and create own user profile using OTP verification on your registered mobile number
  5. For mobile and username registration, select your district, username, insert your username, and put in the OTP you have received on your registered mobile number.
  6. Set a password 
  7. Enter self details (name, date of birth, age)
  8. Accept The Terms and Condition
  9. Click On Register
You will now receive a message on your screen which says:
“Thanks. You are successfully registered with Aaple Sarkar. Your username:___________
District:_____________”

This completes your registration process if you are a new user. Now follow the steps to obtain a beer license in Mumbai Online

  1. Go To The Website https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.in/
  2. Log in using your Username and Password
  3. Select your district and insert the Captcha code in the space
  4. Click on LOGIN
  5. Your homepage will now appear on your screen. You will see a list of options on the left side of your homepage
  6. Scroll down the list 
  7. Select the option that says “Home Department”
  8. And option called ‘Subdepartment‘ will appear on your screen
  9. In the Subdepartment, select the option that says “State Excise Department“. Then click on Proceed
  10. Now a list of different options will appear on your homepage. Scroll down
  11. Select the option that says:
    “Permit for purchase, possession, transport, use, and consumption of foreign liquor and country liquor in the state of Maharashtra “
  12. Click on Proceed
  13. Insert your Aadhaar Number and click on Send OTP
  14. You will now receive an OTP on your registered mobile number
  15. Put in the OTP and select Verify OTP
  16. Now your personal details will be displayed on the homepage. Click on Submit
  17. Save Your Application
  18. A message will be displayed on your screen that reads:
    “Your Application number:_______________ is saved successfully“
  19. Pay the Application Fees via online payment. Click on Confirm
  20. You can pay the application fees through Net Banking, UPI, Mobile Wallet, Credit/Debit Card, and IMPS
  21. Select your mode of transaction
  22. Click on Proceed For Payment
  23. Enter the OTP you have received on your mobile number which is linked to your bank account
  24. Your Permit is now issued 
  25. Click on Print and save the payment receipt
