DR KAFEEL KHAN RELEASED, NSA CHARGES DROPPED
Activist Dr. Kafeel Khan got relief from Allahabad High Court as charges framed against him by the National Security Agency (NSA) were finally dropped and he was set free.
Dr. Kafeel Khan was arrested 7 months ago on the charges of promoting violence by the medium of hate speech. He was sent in detention and stayed their for over 7 months.
The Allahabad High Court finally dropped the charges by NSA today. They also termed the detention of Dr. Kafeel Khan as illegal. The High Court also granted immediate bail to Dr. Kafeel Khan.
