NEW DELHI: famous vlogger and video jockey Gaurav Taneja spoked truth in his video against air Asia India where the high authority of air Asia fired Gaurav Taneja for complaining against them
Gaurav Taneja a.k.a flying beast made a vlog where he was not well on his workday due to which he took rest by taking sick leave, air Asia made him work on his week holiday for taking sick leave which totally injustice Gaurav also stated that he was not mentally able due to sickness for flying airbus .thats why he took sick leave it is true if the pilot is not well it can be a risk to passenger lives as the pilot couldn’t give his 100 % while flying and air Asia made him work on his week holiday by stating you already took a leave which was sick leave due to which air Asia flights were canceled and air Asia faced losses but air Asia thinks profit is more important than passenger lives stating this statements clearly shows how irresponsible air Asia are

DGCA of India started an investigation in this matter and we are hoping the safety of passengers act should be implemented and air Asia should be punished
official tweet by DGCA
later in his vlog flying beast disclosed the truth of air Asia as they were focusing to save petrol by forcibly making pilots land on flap3
according to Gaurav Taneja if the pilot is not able to do 98% of landing in flap 3 it will be considered as a violation of its standard operating procedure
flap in the plane are used to do take-off and landing to drag the speed of the plane
according to assets publishing service gov uk
The airline had recently introduced the practice of landing with flap 3, instead of flap full, on long runways. The pilots discussed that the aircraft would be more responsive during an approach and landing with flap 3 than would be the case with the more usual landing flap configuration. The commander thought that the light turbulence during the approach, combined with a more responsive aircraft than usual, might have led to the aircraft being over-controlled in pitch

.
The computed airspeed at touchdown (equivalent to groundspeed in the absence of headwind) was approximately 130 kt. The thrust levers were retarded over approximately 1.5 seconds to reach idle at touchdown. The average rate of terrain closure was 706 fpm during the descent from 500 ft radio altitude to touchdown. This approximates to the aircraft’s rate of descent given the flat and level ground over which the aircraft was flying during the final approach. The ILS 27L page in the UK AIP entry for London Heathrow Airport shows that a rate of descent of 690 fpm is required to maintain the ILS glideslope at 130 kt groundspeed.
this is the incident due to flap 3 from the UK this is how air Asia risking our lives and please don’t travel from air Asia humble request if you love your life don’t travel from air asia
