Happy Birthday Divine aka Vivian Fernandes
Vivian Fernandes, better known by his stage name DIVINE, is an Indian rapper from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He began to pick up fame after the arrival of his melody Yeh Mera Bombay (2013). He got through with the arrival of his melody Mere Gully Mein including Mumbai rapper Naezy.
The rapper, who turned 30 today, has faced many hardships through life but came out with soaring success.
Divine began his profession as an underground rapper in 2011 after finding Hip Bounce on a Shirt. A companion of his wore a shirt of 50 Cent's first collection Get Rich Or Die Tryin' at school. A similar companion would give him his first MP3 Cd with hip bounce music on it which roused him to begin rapping in English. He was essential for the hip jump team called Mumbai's Best. He regularly raps about his own background, for example, the life of the needy individuals in Mumbai and his childhood with a single parent. He refers to American rappers, for example, Nas, Eminem, Big L, 2Pac, and Rakim as his principal motivations.
Following the arrival of his tune 'Yeh Mera Bombay', Divine got the consideration of Sony Music India while performing at the Blue Frog Celebration 2014 in Mumbai and soon after marked an agreement with them. The tune later proceeded to win the Best Video of the Year grant by Drifter India in the exact year. He delivered his breakout single Simple Chasm Primary including Naezy on 16 April 2015. The tune became famous online and numerous Bollywood superstars shared it via web-based media. He teamed up with Indian DJ Nucleya on Nucleya's collection Bass Rani, which helped him increase much greater ubiquity. The tune won Best EDM track of the Year in the GIMA Grants in 2015.
On 24 Walk 2016, his presentation solo single Jungli Sher delivered and it administered the graphs given its crude portrayal of the life of the poor in Mumbai. He took the tune to the Morning meal Show in front of BBC Asian Organization Live on 29 April 2016.
He showed up as a feature on a record called City Slums by Indian-American rapper/artist/musician Raja Kumari in May 2017. The tune crossed 2 million views on YouTube inside 24 hours of its delivery.
In 2018, Divine ended his agreement with Sony Music India. He delivered a remix to Lil Siphon's Gucci Group called Chasm Posse freely on 18 January 2018. The tune was seen well by the two pundits and fans and helped him collect more consideration. On 5 April 2018, he followed up with One Side delivered by Byg Byrd. The video was created by Red Bull Media House and came out on the rapper's own YouTube channel.
His next single Teesri Manzil earned him a copyright strike from Zee Music Organization a couple of hours after its delivery and got erased from his channel. It was inevitably re-delivered on 14 December 2018 with certain adjustments in the verses.
On 20 August 2019, Nas' Mass Allure Records and All-inclusive Music India dispatched Mass Allure India and marked Celestial. Widespread Music Gathering and Mass Allure mutually made the move to take worldwide hip-jump craftsman to India and globalize the Indian hip-bounce scene.
