Kannada actress Ragini Dwivedi attempted to dupe CCB detectives by blending water in her urine test that she was solicited to give as part of a drug test.
Ragini, the first mainstream actress to be captured in the Sandalwood drugs outrage on September 4, supposedly blended water in with urine and gave it over to specialists at the KC General Hospital in Malleswaram on Thursday.
